Description
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Staff member to teach, mentor, and inspire students. You will plan and deliver courses, assess student progress, and contribute to research, curriculum development, and university life, all while aligning with our mission and values.
Requirements
Key Tasks & Duties:

- Develop course plans and select appropriate books.
- Teach courses, organize exams, and manage student grades.
- Improve teaching methods and promote innovative learning approaches.
- Provide academic advising and guidance to students.
- Conduct and publish innovative research.
- Participate in conferences, committees, and university development activities.
- Engage with the community and support student recruitment and marketing of academic programs.
- Maintain an up-to-date course portfolio and participate in staff development workshops.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.


Qualifications & Experience:

- Lecturer: Master's Degree.
- Relevant academic experience.
- Good network of academic relationships.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
